لطفا از لینک زیر این برنامه رو دانلود کنید. بعد از دانلود روی تولبار اینرنت اکسپلورر راست کنید و refreshreband class را انتخاب کنید سپس به سایت بولتن بروید روی No Refresh کلیک کنید و Every 10 Seconds را انتخاب نمایید.
