    Some basic stuff to clarify which came up again in some recent convos with colleagues.

    1. Which entity will be responsible? COSRECI? CoS australia inc?

    2. If so please highlight the scenario from France in 1995 to them in regards to financial issues.

    3. Hugs please?

    And yes Mark imho your case would be relevant or some sort of affidavit, perhaps they can refer to the inquiry from 2010 if you or others submitted dox there.

    1. CoS Australia Inc. COSRECI has no real presence in Australia. (In fact, since COSRECI hasn't filed any yearly paperwork with South Australia in decades and didn't have a valid business address, I'm surprised that South Australia hasn't simply declared the incorporation dissolved years ago. It would be EPIC if they did.)

    Basically, the Paris bOrg was sucessfully sued for back taxes. It agreed to pay up, but the treasury would not take a check from a Luxemburg bank. The Paris bOrg closed. And another one opened a few blocks away. The entity sued was a French corporation.


    I believed that I had posted a rough translation of the actual court sentence on this one, but my google-fu is weak today. For the francophones interested in Co$ corporate criminality, I'm pretty sure the reference remains http://www.antisectes.net/these-droit.htm :)

    Ah ty Jens 5.6 was the number plus the rest:)

    It was just to highlight the fact of closing one entity to simply setup another if the liability could not be met or payment has to be from a certain source.

    CoS has tried that in Wollersheim by gutting Church of Scientology California, and they tried that in Hill v Church of Scientology Toronto by suddenly double-mortgaging the building to the mother cthurch.

    Didn't work in either case. (Except for the delay in Wolly.)

    Smart asses try that trick with the courts all the time, and the courts are rarely impressed.

    I am wondering with the "Tax and Balance Sheets" issue that I have posted the start of above, how that dovetails in with the approved accounting methods of reporting company profits and thus the corporation tax due to be paid.
