it's been done, like here in NYC we can't have masks on legally.

and so far i haven't received anything form the Co$.

I'm not afraid of them, and they should know that. Maybe anon should know that too.

I think at this time a Global Forum message or PM should be sent out to tell any possible EX-members that this is thier time to act.

    To the bitch
I love that cat picture. Reminds me of my little beastious heathens, especially my oldest one, Sidartha. He used to beat the shit out of big dogs. He was definitely a beast and a heathen. But, I loved him very much. He was with me a very long time. He was the cat with no tail. The quotes were hilarious.

    Any news on this??

re: Claire Headley Lawsuit filed - JAN 20, 2009: Claire Headley v. CSI & RTC

    Yes, here is the news.

Today my wife was served with a subpoena to appear for deposition in my case.

Not two minutes later I was served with a subpoena to appear for deposition in her case.

My lawyer was served with a notice to remove RTC from my wife's complaint. CSI was not requested to be removed from either case.

Meanwhile Tommy Davis has been creating new plaintiffs all over town and building up the evidence against him and the Scilons full time. Tampering with witnesses, obstruction of justice, being a fucktard etc. Anything he does to try and patch that up just makes more messes. It is a friggin train wreck of destruction that he has orchestrated against the Scilons. Unrepairable by any means.

Private Investigators are keeping real busy with me at the store and wherever I go. I can see the reports being sent up each day:

"10:13 AM Headley leaves from place of residence and travels to FRY's electronics - purchases toaster.

11:39 Headley leaves Costco with cart full of products.

6:39 Headley exits residence and approaches our vehicle parked down street and offers soft drinks or cookies - we decline."

People get paid to do this all day?

I am in the wrong line of work!

Either way, Scilons still have 6 more days to respond to original first two complaints served. No news on next case which supposedly was filed today. Data on that is reportedly going up on Infinite Complacency in morning.

    So the game begins.

I will try and keep any updates posted in existing threads unless some crazy shit goes down worthy of its own crazy shit thread.

    Until next time...

Is RTC still in your complaint? And what's the significance of this^? please explain for those of us unfamiliar with the US legal system

Good to see things are moving along for you, thanks for the update

re: Claire Headley Lawsuit filed - JAN 20, 2009: Claire Headley v. CSI & RTC

RTC was never in my complaint. I worked for CSI. My wife worked for RTC so it is in hers. It does not mean anything other than they want it out of there. Which means Dave Miscavige is pissed its in there and told his lawyers to have it taken out. Even more of a reason to leave it in there!

    Until next time...

His actions show what he fears - personal accountability.

Just as the absence of CoS commentators on the KESQ videos for parts 7-10 shows that Davey is afraid the evidence is getting just a little too close.
  19. re: Claire Headley Lawsuit filed - JAN 20, 2009: Claire Headley v. CSI & RTC

Come on guys, admit it. Tommy Davis has been a anon plant from the get go.

But seriously, has anyone got any organized laborfags(unions) two cents on this issue?

I would think that they would be keeping an eye on this case. (But I'm not counting on it.)

re: Claire Headley Lawsuit filed - JAN 20, 2009: Claire Headley v. CSI & RTC

There have been new developments in the lawsuits. Here is the deal. RTC delivered a motion seeking sanctions against my lawyer personally, including RTC's attorneys' fees, unless he dismissed RTC forthwith from my wife’s case. They suggested that my attorney had filed a frivolous case against RTC. It was suggested that any reasonable attorney would know better if he had done a proper investigation.

Well, we had done a lot of research and investigation but this motivated us to dig even deeper. We thought were on the right track, but my lawyer went back to the law library and drafting board.

Several days later what emerged was a new and improved complaint in Claire's case.

The statute of limitation, human trafficking, and employee allegations have been expanded and we worked in the tax compliance manual for good measure. (thanks to whomever posted that recently)

Where we had a good case before, we now have a great case and with the extra time we have been given, the complaint is now rock solid and self explanatory. The “indicators” for human trafficking are especially interesting. It was like they had listed out any and all situations that exist at the Int Base and made those the qualification for human trafficking. It is actually amazing how the human trafficking violations so closely follow their day to day operations at the Int Base.

    Link to dox is below.

Over the next few months there will be depositions and other exciting back and forth.

    It has started.

    Most excellent!
Yes, there was a discussion on what 'extends' the statue of limitations (Ithnk it involved back pay, if there were federal crimes involved the statutes don't apply, may be wrong, but too tired to go look-see/beach/sunset), and the thread is hiding around here somewhere, so glad this was caught and used!
Kudos and the very best of procedure!

    Rock on!

Marc, I would suggest posting as many of the pleadings here as you can, including the motion you mentioned.
    And/or post them on Scribd.

Unbelievable! I just skimmed through this, and this is amazing. The strength of the suit combined with your players' strength has incredible potential. I can see many, many eyebrows going up and reading further.

Well, as the saying goes, opinions are like assholes -- everybody has one.

Insignificant saber rattling IMO. Called and Raised. VWD.

The term "threat of debt collection" stands out to me. I wonder if they're violating any laws in their "debt collection" activities...

The ad hominem attack on your attorney means one and only one thing: He is a sharp attorney.
You as a team are closing in on some major crimes by organized scientology.
Organized scientology is looking at being nailed for huge amounts of money.
Which leads to probing their money laundering channels. Which leads to criminal charges. They are getting desperate.
Damn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead!

Most likely they are violating laws with their debt collection as most debt collectors DO violate the law. Co$ appears to attempt to collect "freeloader's debt" that is decades old just because someone leaves their group. That's not legal in any sense of the word.

I like that they went after your lawyer personally. Shows they are desperate to just shut it up, and that this really will hit them hard.

Now Law, please don't let BFG down and take the cult's side yet again.

    Priceless.
    LOLOL

When Scientology knows they are going to lose a case they use the tactic of going after the lawyer personally.

Ask Graham Berry, that is exactly what happened to him in my lawsuit and they got sanctions, forced payment, forced bankruptcy and escaped.
Watch out for slimy Scientology abuses of the Justice System and hold their feet to the fire of their Bar Association oaths.
