Pretty crazy story though. I think if I was in charge of his case for the US I'd say drop the case, keep an eye on him. Dude with issues made some bad choices, but not a national security concern.
Anyone who claims to be a member of Anonymous is automatically a National Security Concern, even though Anonymous is far more in compliance with the United States Constitution and the founding fathers than the United States Government.
