    Nice work AnonOrange.

As far as people saying this accomplishes nothing, that might be true. It might not be true. Time will tell. But at least is was a good attempt at getting something done in a serious professional manor.

My hunch is that the sentence about not having an intention to inspect is boilerplate. Once the response is received, they will make a decision whether or not to inspect. Also, as indicated in the letter, every tenth matter is inspected as well.

Same I'm guessing awaiting scans/copies of corresponce is the delay.
But comparing visual dated evidence(Pictures of fences) versus what the responses were is matter to be dealt with.

The problem is that just gives them extra time. Hopefully DOSH checked in on Feb 3 as promised and the spikes are down.

I know it is hard to control googlelead programs that pick up on Scientology discussion.

Just so people don't get the wrong idea, this ad is Scientology, and just so subscribers to this forum recognize we have no control over the ads, I do not advocate this weapons training business, especially where conversation involved is about Gold Base. Readers, law enforcement and other agencies should understand that we are posting in this thread to speak of the abuses, at a potentially armed compound in Hemet California.

Should this be cause for concern?

anyone tell DOSH about the attempt to run down/dump manure on protesters with heavy machinery on a public conveyance? That should be added to the list.

According the socalanons, the spikes were taken off from the fences at Gold Base.
  20. Re: DOSH Complaints Spark Action (California's state version of OSHA)

Hint: David Miscavige or Tom Cruise will not be going there for a long long time.

Re: DOSH Complaints Spark Action (California's state version of OSHA)

I didn't know David Miscavige and Tom Cruise needed to be surrounded by spikes or else they'd escape.....

So that's a win! You KNOW it pissed them off big time. I hope SP Hallers are hopping that damn fence as we speak.

Well we don't know if the place where the holees are kept has doors which can be opened from the inside. At this point, I don't know if they'd still be kept at Gold, or if the whole psychotic operation has been moved to a different place.

I believe the next step would be a local fire department inspection to ensure all can exit promptly and quickly in the case of a fire or other emergency and ensuring there are no permanently locked doors.
