Hemet's a run for me, but there are two bits of irritation - one of which is less than a year old - that are in Upland (the older one) and Montclair and are used (as best I can tell) for "auditing" purposes. The thing is, they're both in communities that are fragile and susceptible to protests. This cities may act against the centers if we raid.
