I've been called that by people who don't know me and know nothing about me, purely due to being on the other side of a political dispute from me. It's a lazy person's short cut to being heard: incendiary, easy to yell at someone, and -- like any such accusation -- difficult to disprove, at least in the moment. I see they dragged out "anti-Semitic" while they're at it, too. Yay. Disclaimer: I don't know Sharron Angle and so can't comment on her specifically, but the attempt to smear the Tea Party movement as racist is exactly as meritorious as the attempt to depict Anonymous as a terrorist hate group. Meanwhile, back at Chanology... I guess we'll see what comes of it for Reid/Angle and our interests.

Representative democracy in action. I lol. (it's the US Primaries system which is responsible, of course. Far better to have a small elected committee of local people tasked to sit down with and spend time with the potential party candidates if you want a quality candidate to be chosen from the pool)

Right now they could do better by rounding up a bunch of random republicans, running them through something like a jury selection process with challenges for criminal record or obvious insanity, and then having the finalists draw lots.
