I presume, for this OSA Op (since she rose to the ranks of COP Programs Ops) that TD is referring to Angie Blankenship.

Angie was in charge of coordinating ops on Mike Rinder, Marty & Tom De Vocht after they blew (and they've reported this on Marty's blog).

Angie would not have been TD's direct supervisor, persay, but more acting like an advisor. You have to remember that DM fully trusts no one, especially Tommy, who has a history of blowing (and returning) when things don't go the way he wants it to.

Tommy answers directly to DM, but there is always someone feeding info to Tommy and monitoring his actions and his words and reporting that back to DM.

And not for just minor 'course corrections' either.

Don't think for a minute that Tommy Davis can't blow further than a Vegas show girl and/or short term booze/pot binge. He can 'Blow For Good' and end up in the MR2 camp.

No one can withstand too much pressure. Too much pressure in the short term or too much pressure over time. Everyone has their limit.

I think DM has to have TD watched so thoroughly because TD is such a "flight risk".

I think the odds that TD will 'Blow For Good' (and probably into the MR2 camp) are at least 60%-75% over the next year of so.

"Here's the thing" (Sorry. Couldn't resist the Tommy Davis-ism), today, there is a very well known place to go when you want to 'Blow For Good'. At least, known to the CULT higher-ups. A place where former CULT higher-ups are known to be doing just fine.

DM's favorite/only technique is using pressure. Trouble is, that pressure is the very thing that causes people to 'Blow For Good'.

It would be interesting to see what kinds of interesting information has been feed to DM and that blonde chick. Lulwz. If he gets to missing up and making mistake, not my problem he is making the wrong decisions. But like has been said, being taught to lie does not equate to knowing how to lie well.
