I'm with you on this "Big T": solidify support; inform powerful outside groups and agencies with an interest in this, to make private (or public) representations to the politicos; hopefully get a few more former SO out of the woodwork, speaking as candidly as Aaron is; oh, and a few other ideas that're probably best left private

In a nutshell, we've had two years of turning up the pressure, and helping to create a climate where people can see that there's a realistic chance of speaking out, and actually effecting meaningful change...and now we KNOW that there's a politician who's prepared to voice the evidence publicly.
