Correct me if I'm wrong in this line of thinking, but wouldn't Aaron Saxton now be allowed a redress/response on the record since he has definately been adversely affected since his name was spoken during parliamentary priviledge?

Vicki Dunstan's face looks like a sack of day old oatmeal.

My guess is the cult tried to submit a document including personal information intended to defame the ex-scientologists who wrote letters to Xenophon. If this is what they sent, it is likely that the Senate Privileges Committee was put off by such an obviously vindictive and childish response.

IF (repeat) IF that is what they did, it should raise eyebrows all over the world and raise questions about this so-called personal information. Particularly in a recent case in Australia.

Thing is, I don't recall President Obama making any sort of formal response to the citizenship conspiracies. And I don't think his no-response caused a widespread outrage to the majority of the American people.

I'm not trying to suggest that the CoS is innocent. I'm just guessing that they'll take the same tactic and not even really bother with the allegations, ostensibly to keep from wasting time on stuff they think is bullshit.

It might not make them look guilty for using ignore tech. And I'm not sure if it necessarily should, either.

Chances are, they'll make a lulzy footbulleting response disproportionate to Xenophon's challenge, like they usually do. Which might be what he's hoping for, come to think about it.

Co$ got to say some crap about those of us who gave Xenophon enough ammo to hit them from parliamentary privilege.

They can now repeat that ad nauseum as it too is now protected by parliamentary privilege.

    THAT is their win.

Right up until the Senate DO investigate the cult and we get our docs and stories put forward and collaborated and then cult will be seen to be lying all the way.

Trolls on this thread are just trying to distract/bury this thread in bs - plus OSA get more "statistics" when pro-scilon stuff is posted/printed/viewed.

Means more chance of something other than beans and rice for the "most ethical group on the planet."

Nic X's challenge will hit a chord with Ozzie people - if Co$ has nothing to hide, why not welcome an invest? Since Co$ doesn't want invest = Co$ has something to hide = invest is needed into scamUFOcrazycult.

As Bryan Seymour pointed out on his last report on Co$ a few days ago, a LOT more Oz media hits are coming at Co$ and that'll mean a lot more pressure for an inquiry.

Attempted debates about masks are pathetic - just shows level of desperation now sunk to by Co$.

Tax exempt charitable organizations are expected to do more good than harm to their communities. If a community suspects that a charity is behaving in a harmful way, the citizens of that community have every right to call the charity to account.

There must be due process, of course. But the charity cannot tell the community to go fuck itself.

The fact that they're listed as a charity is downright disgusting. I can understand them being listed as a religion, but a charity? Exactly what do they donate to that makes them a charity, besides their own front groups?

Oh my fault. For tax purposes, charities and religions are similar and the argument for not taxing is similar, as I understand. Charities and religions traditionally serve as a kind of social safety net.
