    what about the guys at riverside, or doesn't anyone have any catholic friends who want the cult called to justice? Any Anti Abortion groups that would sign? Any christians you know that would sign? really wanna see that number go over 1000:D

    ^^The Greens are supporting this but we need more.

    If you are commenting you could include that this was voted the number three issue of concern tfor the Obama adminitration to address. Anyone have the link on that?

    And is it possible with over 9000 that we can get past 1000 on this? Geebus!

    Ironically, there are 2,582 views...and only 1,000 signatures?

    I understand one might not wish to sign their name to something Scientology related. Sometimes your greatest strength becomes a weakness. Like a puffer fish stuck in a tunnel by its own defense mechanism, yanno?

    Per other thread, voting delayed until tomorrow. The attempt to rush through a massive flawed climate bill is occupying everything. And Xenophon was pretty passionate about wanting to delay that so the Senate could properly examine it.

    Given these two things he's apparently feels very strongly about, I'm not surprised he's more worried about the climate thing. Sounds like lots of heat in the chamber, and a considerable number of senators going against their party - but prob not enough to stop it.

    Signing obviously fake names is rather counter productive for a petition. It calls into the question the validity of all the signatures.

    so does signing anonymous but we are running with it anyway. i'm sure there are plenty of people out there who would sign it legitimately. the problem is getting it in front of them and assuring them that Scientology will not call their place of business saying they are a sex offender. we spent the last two years drilling into people fair game and their litigious ways, shit we wear masks. so i can see the hesitance. i took a deep breath when i signed it.

    Shits and giggles aside, I'm with you on this.

    Nonetheless, when it's delivered, being able to mention the fact, that even on a simple petition, a significant number of people were too scared to use their own name is pretty telling. Some of the comments state as much, and the fact is that the IP addresses are available for inspection by the ultimate recipient, definitely gives it more credibility, (probably stated elsewhere, but for anyone concerned about this, access to this data is controlled by a WWP mod. (though maybe that'll make you more worried :p )

    I signed the petition as #1008 and left a comment with the links to the ebook about Miscavige's perjury/abuses and how the Australian abusive actions are being run from the USA. I don't know how to see if it was put up though.
